HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

You can check the status of your order by logging in to your pharmashop account which you have set up in order to make your purchase. You will receive an email notification and a message regarding your order in your Patient Area once your order has been received.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A REFUND?

We aim to process your refund within 24 hours after authenticating the complaints.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

You can make a payment with Visa, Lipa na Mpesa or pay cash on delivery.

WHAT HAPPENS IF A PRODUCT I ORDER IS OUT OF STOCK?

We aim to replenish our stock levels daily but incase the item you're looking for is currently unavailable, our team will be able to provide an estimate on when the item will be in stock or recommend an alternative.

CAN I CANCEL OR RETURN MY ORDER?

You are entitled to return your goods within 5days.

DO I NEED A PRESCRIPTION FROM A DOCTOR?

For us to deliver prescription medications, you do need a valid prescription from a doctor which you should download via the web or mobile application.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Immediately you place your order you will receive a confirmation message and it will be delivered within 3hrs depending on your location.
